President's Message - Feb 10, 2008Dear friends, dear members of KSM community,
with pleasure I would like to inform you that we, Keralasamajam Munich, had the election of the new organizing and managing committee on 27th of January,2008. After auditing the account of the cashier, Sreedevi Deepak the general body did unanimously accept the positive audit report. And then the old managing team has given all their offices free for the new ones to be elected. The following members are elected for the next 2 years time according the regulation of the KSM e.V: PRESIDENT : TRESA KANNOOKADAN VICE PRESIDENT : JOHNY THACHERIL SECRETARY : ARUN NAIR CASHIER : PRIYA TOM PRINCE WEBMASTER : SANDEEP SADANANDAN CULTURAL REFERENT : PRAVEEN ELAYNKURUMBA SPORTREFERENT : KRISHNAN SADASIVAN DEEPAK Our secretary Arun Nair will send you the protocol of the election of the officials and the protocol of the first meeting of the newly elected team on 8th of February, 2008. We decided moreover somebody to get elected for creating link to public relation. Gijo Parokaren's name was suggested for this office. To be in charge of stage and hall decoration Mrs. Abiramy Anoop was elected. I would like to utilize this occasion to inform you the projected dates for our gatherings in this year at St. joseph's Kirche, Munich, Joseph's Platz: Easter & Vishu on 30th of March, 2008 Grill feast on 19th July, 2008 Onam celebration on 20th of September,2008 X'mas celebration on 20th of December,2008 Let me use this opportunity to thank all the members of our old managing team for their hard work . We thank you for all the services you have done to KSM and our appreciation will follow you in your life. Thanks. Let me request you all to give warm welcome to the new office bearers and give them all your full cooperation and assistance so that our KSM grow up as we all desire from the bottom of our heart. thank you very much.
